General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bgn33 platform, including the website located at bgn33.net, all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and any services, features, games, or promotional content made available through those channels (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bgn33 ("bgn33", "we", "us", "our").

By completing the bgn33 registration process, clicking to accept these Terms at any point during account creation, accessing the Platform as a guest or authenticated user, or placing any bet or making any deposit, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact bgn33 support to close your account.

bgn33 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Where a modification materially affects player rights or obligations, bgn33 will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address associated with the relevant account. Continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with:

• Privacy Policy — governing the collection, storage, and use of personal data.
• Responsible Gaming Policy — governing deposit limits, self-exclusion, and player protection measures.
• Individual Promotion Terms — governing specific bonuses, free bet credits, and campaign-specific wagering conditions.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only. In all other respects, these Terms take precedence.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the bgn33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Players who are found to have misrepresented their age during registration will have their accounts permanently closed and any associated funds forfeited.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Not self-excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from the bgn33 Platform or from online gambling platforms generally. Attempting to create a new account during an active self-exclusion period is a material breach of these Terms.
4. Not a bgn33 employee or affiliate: Current employees of bgn33 and their immediate family members, as well as active affiliates of the bgn33 affiliate programme, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gameplay or promotions without prior written consent from bgn33 management.
5. Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. bgn33 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate player-provided data.

bgn33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending review.

Account Registration and Verification

Each individual may hold exactly one registered bgn33 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid, active email address to which you have exclusive access.
• Your date of birth, which bgn33 will use to verify that you meet the 18+ age requirement.
• Your mobile phone number, used for account security and two-factor authentication (2FA).
• Your preferred currency (BDT — Bangladeshi Taka).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bgn33 login credentials, including your username, password, and any 2FA codes. bgn33 will never solicit your password through any channel. Any activity conducted using your login credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have notified bgn33 of a suspected security breach prior to that activity occurring.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bgn33 support immediately via live chat. bgn33 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending resolution. bgn33 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to implement available security measures, including 2FA.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

bgn33 supports a comprehensive range of local and international payment methods for the convenience of players in Bangladesh. All transactions on the bgn33 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), displayed using the ৳ symbol.

Supported payment methods include:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳500, processing time under 30 seconds.
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — minimum deposit ৳1,000, processing time up to 2 hours.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within one to four hours of the request being submitted. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 48 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. All withdrawal processing times are measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from the bgn33 Platform:

1. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
2. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have previously been used to fund the account ("source of funds" rule).
3. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile financial services and ৳1,000 for bank transfers.
4. bgn33 reserves the right to conduct additional security or fraud checks before processing any withdrawal. Such checks will not exceed five business days.
5. Any pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed. Real-money deposits are not affected by pending bonus wagering requirements.

bgn33 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that is found to have been made fraudulently, using stolen payment credentials, or in violation of these Terms. In such cases, the associated account will be suspended and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

Bonuses and Promotions

bgn33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are credited to the player's account as bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances.

bgn33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to respecting the terms of bonuses already claimed. Players who believe a bonus has been incorrectly credited or withheld should contact bgn33 support via live chat within 48 hours of the relevant event.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the bgn33 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and with applicable law at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent closure:

1. Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment credentials to fund your bgn33 account; initiating fraudulent chargebacks on legitimate transactions; misrepresenting your identity or age.
2. Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including (but not limited to) sharing hole-card information in live poker variants, coordinating bets in multiplayer games, or communicating with dealers or studio staff through unauthorised channels.
3. Money laundering: Using the bgn33 Platform as a vehicle to launder funds derived from unlawful activity. bgn33 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.
4. Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform in place of genuine human gameplay, except where a specific game feature explicitly permits automated play.
5. Exploitation of technical errors: Taking advantage of errors in software, mis-priced odds, or technical malfunctions to place bets or accumulate winnings in a manner that would not have been possible under normal operating conditions. bgn33 reserves the right to void bets placed under such conditions.
6. Abusive conduct: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language at bgn33 support staff, live casino dealers, or other players in any chat interface accessible through the Platform.
7. Circumventing security measures: Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security feature, access control, or technical protection measure implemented on the Platform.

bgn33 reserves the right to void any bet, withhold any withdrawal, and permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, without being required to disclose the specific grounds for such action where doing so would compromise an active investigation.

Account Suspension and Closure

Either party may close a bgn33 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your bgn33 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before an account is closed, any real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your nominated payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete. Pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal terms before the account is closed.

bgn33-initiated suspension or closure: bgn33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe following a verification request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy — see below).
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a verified third party acting on behalf of a vulnerable player.

Where an account is closed by bgn33 due to suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms, any real-money or bonus funds held in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation. bgn33 will notify the player of the outcome of any such investigation within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal constraints preventing such disclosure.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the bgn33 Platform — including but not limited to the bgn33 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data compilations, game interfaces, audio content, video streams, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bgn33 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

bgn33 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its underlying software.
• Use any bgn33 brand assets, including the bgn33 logo or trademark, without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror the Platform on any third-party website without written consent from bgn33.
• Use data-scraping, crawling, or extraction tools against the Platform for any commercial purpose.

Game content made available through the Platform is provided under licence from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. The intellectual property rights in individual game titles remain with their respective developers. bgn33 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

Any unauthorised use of bgn33 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence. bgn33 actively monitors for unauthorised use of its brand assets and will take appropriate legal action where necessary.

Limitation of Liability

The bgn33 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bgn33 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, or the absence of errors, viruses, or other harmful components in Platform software or infrastructure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bgn33's total aggregate liability to any player for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bgn33 account in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bgn33 accepts no liability for the following categories of loss:

• Loss of winnings, revenue, profit, data, or goodwill.
• Consequential, indirect, special, or punitive loss of any kind.
• Losses arising from network outages, device failures, or connectivity interruptions beyond bgn33's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from the player's failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to implement available security measures.
• Losses arising from the actions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or data suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude bgn33's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Amendments to These Terms

bgn33 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made for a variety of reasons, including changes to applicable law, updates to platform features, adjustments to payment processing arrangements, or refinements to responsible gaming policy.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantively alters a player's rights, obligations, or the commercial terms of using the Platform — bgn33 will provide at least seven days' advance notice of the change by sending an email to the address registered to the affected account. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the meaning of a provision, or additions that improve player protections) may be made without advance notice.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at bgn33.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, you have the right to close your account prior to the amendment taking effect without penalty, other than the standard account closure process described in Section 7.

Continued use of the bgn33 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. bgn33 recommends that all players bookmark this page and review it periodically, particularly before making a deposit or accepting a promotional offer.
